KISAE releases DC-DC BATTERY CHARGERS for RV & Van Conversion markets!

RVers and Van Conversion owners who boon-dock, camp off-road, and otherwise stay away from traditional campsites have had a long-standing problem. Namely, how to recharge on-board batteries from a DC source when off-grid and far from an AC power source. Enter KISAE.
THE RESPONSE
KISAE has developed the DMT series of fully automatic, multi-stage, multi-input DC-DC Battery Chargers. They host the ability to charge from two input sources; either from the engine/alternator while driving or via PV solar panels when stationary. The election of which mode to use is fully automatic, with both functions controlled from within the unit itself without the need for external relays.
MULTI-STAGE CHARGING
The DMT series of DC-DC chargers are state-of-the-art ‘set-and-forget’ chargers; designed to quickly and accurately recharge your deep-cycle batteries using a multi-stage charging sequence. The 3 primary stages of this sequence are: Bulk, Absorption, and Float. Battery manufacturers recommend this multi-stage charge sequence to maximizes battery life.
During normal operation, the DMT charger will do a full charge cycle up to FLOAT stage on the house battery bank. Once FLOAT stage is reached the charger transitions to power supply mode to support any on-board DC loads.
COMMAND & CONTROL
The unit includes a built-in fully programmable LCD display. Settings indicate which source is charging the battery, as well as charger status, voltage, and amperage.
BATTERY TYPES
The DMT series can service a variety of battery types and chemistries, including GEL, AGM, Flooded, Custom Programmable, or Lithium.
12V OR 24V VERSIONS
Vehicle input allows for either 12V or 24V and a maximum solar input of 45V/800W. Standard units are designed to recharge 12V batteries (DMT-1230, DMT1250), but KISAE also offers a 24V version (DMT2450).
